Brief
Arçelik is among the biggest white appliances manufacturers in Turkey. It’s the holding company to global brands such as Arçelik, Beko and Grundig.
Thousands of employees working in six different factories and over twenty departments had to learn about the corporate culture and communication structure. Additionally, it was essential that the new employees quickly grasped topics such as departmental studies, organisational charts and more. Arçelik needed us to organise and transform this information into a presentation that was suitable for the brand language and corporate culture.
Solution
We created a presentation design called e-Orientation that was over 600 pages. We mostly stuck to the brand identity while incorporating a network/web concept to indicate togetherness between the departments. For accessibility, we added links to the chapter titles and used PowerPoint as the final format to make the presentation easy to upload online.
