Problem

Zaxe is a desktop 3D printer brand developed and produced in Turkey. With FDM technology, it allows you to easily produce models, products, and prototypes in your home or office.

 

Zaxe was preparing to launch new products, so product displays needed to have a holistic visual language. In addition, the simple and user-friendly approach in its products, which is in line with the company’s values, also had to be on their device screens.

 

Solution

We prepared interface designs for the Z1, Z1+ products, and desktop software xDesktop 2.0 that Zaxe launched at the end of 2019. We worked as a part of the R&D team and determined the entire design process with the software developers and product designers.

 

We determined a new visual language suitable for the products and designed easy-to-understand icons. We have made it as user-friendly as it could be according to the technical capabilities of the device screens. We tackled the Desktop software with the same concept.

 

Latest News

Zaxe received a $1 million investment in the fall of 2020. Thus, it will continue to develop new products. Our device screen interface designs will continue to get included in the Zaxe product family.
